Yes — all plans start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any point during the trial.
Any tracked exploration permit, drilling permit, or compliance filing with a due date counts as one permit. There is no limit on the number of amendments, extensions, or sub-permits you attach to a single permit entry.
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Contact support@permitpilot.com for manual adjustments.
PermitPilot covers all major oil and gas regulatory agencies: Texas RRC, NDIC, CO DMVC, PA DEP, LA DNR, OK Conservation Commission, BLM, and others. If an agency isn't pre-loaded, you can add it manually.
On the Starter plan, you'll see a warning at 8 permits and be prompted to upgrade. Permits won't stop tracking — we give you time to decide. On Professional and Enterprise, there's no cap.
Annual plans are charged once per year at a 20% discount versus the monthly rate. You can pay by card or invoice. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days.
